Acting as the L&D lead within project teams, the role ensures that all training activities are delivered according to project plans and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate oncology clinical studies from set‑up to close‑out
• Contribute to protocol and clinical document writing
• Manage timelines, budgets, regulatory submissions, and study deliverables
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (sites, CRAs, partners)
• Ensure patient safety, data quality, and regulatory compliance
• Organize project meetings, reporting, and performance tracking
• Supervise and support project teams (CRAs, study coordinators)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, large-scale LED deployments. This role is responsible for managing projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the AV industry, particularly with large LED display systems, and will be comfortable coordinating across structural, electrical, mechanical, and media system disciplines.

This individual will work closely with internal engineering teams, integration partners, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

We are looking for an experienced Project Technical Manager to strengthen the engineering team working within segments such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning. The position is based at our office in Bergen or our brand new office at Smedasundet in Haugesund.

As the Project Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in the project management team.
