This is a high-impact, travel-intensive role focused on driving a culture of safety in wind energy operations. The Field Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations across multiple wind farm sites throughout North America. This role requires hands-on fieldwork in varying and often extreme weather conditions, performing audits, conducting safety training, and supporting high-risk operations.
