HR Business Partner

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will report directly to the Managing Director and Group HR Director and play a key role in supporting the development of our people, organization, and culture.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain high-quality talent.
  •   Identify learning and development needs, coordinate the design, development, and implementation of annual training plan.
  •   Coordinate the annual performance management cycle and partner with managers in driving performance, recognizing high performers, and creating robust MBOs and development plans.
  • Support organizational design initiatives and maintain accurate organizational structures and job descriptions.
  • Support compensation, benefits and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Uphold compliance with internal/external policies and requirements with particular focus on TMSA Element 2.
  • Support the implementation of the Group's strategic HR initiatives and projects as required.
