About Engineering at LawnStarter

Our engineering team builds the platform that connects hundreds of thousands of homeowners with over 70,000 active service pros. We operate three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, HomeGnome) on shared infrastructure, and we're profitable and growing. Engineering here is fast - we ship constantly, we own our systems end-to-end, and we don't tolerate "not my problem." We have strong processes and existing engineering managers, so you're not building from scratch. You're raising the bar.

The Role

We're growing, and that means adding engineering leadership capacity to support new initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional delivery teams of 4–5 engineers, reporting to our Head of Engineering. Your job is to make sure your team ships reliably, grows professionally, and doesn't become a bottleneck as LawnStarter scales into new service verticals.

GoMining is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to become the right hand of our commercial lead. You will share ownership of the commercial agenda: improve how our digital acquisition channels perform, grow revenue from our existing customer base, and build the processes and infrastructure that help the commercial team scale.

This is not a direct sales role, and it is not a purely high-level one either. We need someone who understands sales from the inside and can analyze data to find growth points. You should come with your own ideas and see them through to results without needing step-by-step guidance.

Responsibilities

Digital Acquisition & Sales Performance

• Drive commercial performance across 7 digital customer acquisition channels together with channel owners and General Managers.
• Run regular performance reviews, comparing actuals to targets and identifying the drivers behind deviations.
• Identify revenue leakage across the funnel and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
• Improve first-purchase conversion and overall acquisition efficiency, including the effectiveness of our traffic spend.
• Analyze payment success rates and payment method coverage by market, and work with relevant teams to remove payment-related conversion barriers (e.g., adding local payment methods).

Retention & Customer Base Growth

This is not a research seat where models get handed off to someone else's pipeline — you design the strategy, write the code, deploy it, and own it in production. If you want your models allocating real capital onchain within weeks of joining, read on.

Depending on your background and interests, you'll join one of our vault strategy teams. Our strategies span lending and credit curation, cross-chain yield aggregation, structured products, RWAs, and more. Teams own the full strategy lifecycle: research and protocol due diligence, strategy design and backtesting, allocation and rebalancing engines, onchain execution and optimization, and 24/7 monitoring of live positions. You own strategies end-to-end and are accountable for their performance, safety, and uptime.

What you'll do;

- Design and ship vault strategies: take a strategy from thesis and design doc through implementation, simulation, deployment, and live operation — RWAs, leveraged lending, yield aggregation, cross-protocol allocation, perpetuals, prediction markets, and new product types we haven't built yet.

- Optimize strategies: signals research, execution optimization, gas-aware rebalancing across tokens and chains, liquidity and duration management.

The organization is seeking a Lead Architect – Digital Assets to lead a zero-to-one build, bridging traditional capital markets with decentralised finance (DeFi).
