We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Gen AI Engineer with 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a heavy focus on Python, AWS infrastructure, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance API services and implementing complex RAG and Agentic AI architectures.

You will own the technical execution and continuous improvement of all LLM-powered features across our product suite. Your work will involve deeply integrating AI capabilities into our backend systems to enhance user experience and deliver intelligent capabilities.

As a Backend/AI Engineer, you will work on our core API, which powers document parsing for hundreds of companies globally. This role requires high agency, a strong bar for quality, and a hands-on approach to the full development lifecycle, from ideation to production.
