Role Summary:

The Senior Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise systems, core platforms and integrations that enable secure, compliant, and scalable fintech products. This role has end-to-end ownership of shared capabilities and operational platforms—including 3rd-party integrations, CRM, customer support systems, admin portals, and data platforms—used across multiple product and business squads.

This is a senior, high-impact role requiring strong judgment in regulated environments, the ability to lead through influence, and a deep understanding of how platform decisions affect customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory posture.

Head of Growth - Institutional On-Chain Liquidity Layer

Location: Remote - US - Would consider South America or Canada + Preference for onsite/hybrid in LA

Compensation: $200K - $225K

We are a venture-backed on-chain financial infrastructure company building the liquidity layer for the tokenized economy, backed by leading investors. Our flagship protocol, deployed across multiple chains, connects tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24/7, real-time, compliant capital movement for institutions. Live in production with partners including major global asset managers, we are seeking our first dedicated Head of Growth to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable revenue.

Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the revenue engine across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development globally. This is a highly hands-on role where you will define the strategy, own the pipeline and forecast, design scalable playbooks, and close lighthouse deals across exchanges, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.

We are building a high-performance blockchain operating system that fundamentally redefines what's possible on Ethereum by prioritizing unparalleled throughput, decentralization, and security. We are now expanding the team for O2, a new, early-stage project: a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) running on our modular execution layer. Designed as a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB), our goal is to build the fastest DEX ever constructed, leveraging parallel execution to unlock high-frequency trading efficiency fully on-chain.

You will play a foundational role, leveraging your expertise in market making and quantitative trading to model, simulate, and optimize the market behavior of our core CLOB protocol. This is a highly hands-on role where you will design and test trading strategy logic, build simulation frameworks, and collaborate with engineering and research to inform critical protocol-level design decisions.

As the largest builder product on our core platform, we have processed north of $50 billion in cumulative trading volume and achieved eight figures in revenue in the past year. We are a small, highly technical team focused on results, and are seeking a Lead Protocol Engineer to architect and scale our smart contract infrastructure on HyperEVM.

You will be the technical owner and lead protocol developer, responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of smart contracts on the HyperEVM. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a low-process, high-trust, and ambiguous 0-to-1 environment. You will be building DeFi primitives and trading infrastructure designed to scale to millions of traders and billions in daily volume.

What You Will Do:

Our client, a leading organization in Saudi Arabia, is establishing a high-impact Results-Delivery Office (RDO) to enhance strategic initiative monitoring and delivery. We're seeking an experienced PMO expert to design and implement a world-class governance framework tailored to regional requirements.

Role Purpose

Provide end-to-end expertise across diagnostics, operating model design, and governance architecture to ensure the new RDO can effectively monitor, steer, and escalate strategic initiatives while embedding best-practice PMO standards.

Key Objectives

1. Current-State Assessment: Deliver evidence-based diagnostic of existing strategy-delivery capabilities, benchmarked against leading organizational PMOs
2. Target Operating Model & Governance: Design future-state RDO structure, processes, decision rights, and templates that integrate seamlessly with existing organizational layers
3. Implementation Roadmap: Translate design into phased, resource-loaded plan with milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigations
