This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on designer who blends deep UX and UI craft with the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and excellence in execution.

Signal Ocean is the technology arm of the Signal Group. Our primary product, The Signal Ocean Platform, enables shipping professionals to securely handle, integrate, and assess intricate collections of private and public shipping data. Lead Product Designer (Web3/DeFi)

Location: $150K - $200K

Compensation: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Join a well-funded, expert-led team building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy. We are creating the platform that intelligently reallocates assets across Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols to maximize returns. This is a foundational, fully remote role to own our user experience, brand, and design system from the ground up.

As the Lead Product Designer, you will have immense ownership, responsible for shaping the design of the next generation of our platform. You will build extraordinary, simple, and delightful experiences in a complex Web3 ecosystem. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on high ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking full ownership of the design process end-to-end.

UX Designer - Web3 Live Sports Gaming

Location: Remote - Preference for UK as thats where the majority of the team are based, 2nd preference is EU - fully remote.

Compensation: $75K - $120K

We are a rapidly growing, stealth-mode team building the ultimate digital playground for the world's most passionate football fans. Our mission is to make the match-day experience more engaging, social, and fun by blending speed, robust data, and vibrant design. We are looking for a highly creative and user-focused UX Designer to define the look, feel, and function of our web and mobile applications, translating complex live sports data into intuitive interfaces.

You will be instrumental in leading the UX strategy for our core Web platform, where the majority of live fan interaction occurs. Your focus will be on designing interfaces that are intuitive, glanceable, and performant even during the most chaotic moments of a live game. You will own the design system, drive optimization through testing, and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Our flagship protocol connects tokenized assets and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24/7, real-time, compliant capital movement across blockchains. We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to design and build the user experiences that power institutional DeFi, working with production partners including major financial institutions.

You will lead the development of user interfaces for our protocol's web and mobile products and dashboards, spanning swaps, liquidity management, and analytics. This role requires translating complex blockchain and financial interactions into beautiful, intuitive, high-performance interfaces for sophisticated financial users. You'll join a small, high-velocity team, shipping code daily and defining the future of on-chain institutional finance.
