By moving beyond traditional "LeetCode" style evaluations, our client has developed a fundamentally better way for companies to identify talent, combat fraud, and market top-tier candidates to Fortune 500 organizations.

The organization is currently at an ideal inflection point: they have moved past product-market fit and are entering a rapid scaling phase. Backed by a $3.1M seed round from premier investors—including GSV Ventures, BoxGroup, and angels from OpenAI, SpaceX, and Retool—the company has already surpassed seven figures in revenue. Their customer base includes dozens of enterprise staffing firms, including the largest staffing firm in the world.

Our client is seeking a Founding Engineer to join a talent-dense team of seven hailing from institutions and companies such as Stanford, Penn, Waterloo, Retool, and MongoDB. This is a high-impact role for a builder who wants to own critical systems and define the technical standards for an entire industry.

Head of Growth - Institutional On-Chain Liquidity Layer

Location: Remote - US - Would consider South America or Canada + Preference for onsite/hybrid in LA

We are a venture-backed on-chain financial infrastructure company building the liquidity layer for the tokenized economy, backed by leading investors. Our flagship protocol, deployed across multiple chains, connects tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24/7, real-time, compliant capital movement for institutions. Live in production with partners including major global asset managers, we are seeking our first dedicated Head of Growth to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable revenue.

Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the revenue engine across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development globally. This is a highly hands-on role where you will define the strategy, own the pipeline and forecast, design scalable playbooks, and close lighthouse deals across exchanges, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.

Our platform enables leveraged trading of real-world assets (RWAs)—commodities, forex, indices, and stocks—alongside crypto, bringing global markets on-chain with full self-custody. Backed by General Catalyst and Susquehanna International Group, we are a small team providing institutional-grade reliability for a protocol handling billions in volume.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior or Lead Smart Contract Engineer to help scale our protocol as we expand to hundreds of markets and billions in daily volume. You will work directly with our founding team (backgrounds from Harvard, Bridgewater, and BlackRock) to architect and implement critical protocol upgrades and new market mechanisms for the next generation of on-chain derivatives.

This is not a junior role. We need an expert who has built and maintained perpetual Decentralized Exchange (DEX) smart contracts in production at scale.

This is a "player-coach" role designed for a leader who excels at driving complex enterprise deals while simultaneously mentoring and managing a high-performing sales and partnerships team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will define and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand the organization’s presence across the fintech, banking, corporate, payments, and crypto ecosystems. Senior Full Stack Engineer (Founding Role)

This is a high-autonomy role for engineers who want to operate like researchers and builders simultaneously. You will have the freedom to scope projects, define success, run experiments, and decide when systems are ready to ship, always designing for clarity and instrumenting deeply.
