We are seeking a Data Architect – Patient Services to join our Life Sciences practice. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of Patient Services (PS) data and be the primary bridge between external Patient Services Hub vendors and internal enterprise systems. This is a high-impact role combining technical data modeling with operational stewardship, requiring you to drive data quality, investigate complex lineage issues, and ensure that patient data is "analytics-ready" for strategic decision-making.

We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to scale GoMining’s revenue through high-performing referral and affiliate partners.

This role focuses on attracting, onboarding, and growing partners who can consistently bring paying users. You will experiment with different acquisition approaches — from direct outreach to agencies and affiliate networks — and scale what works.

Responsibilities

• Identify and test acquisition channels for affiliate and referral partners (bloggers, KOLs, communities, agencies, platforms).
• Find, approach, and onboard new partners into the GoMining referral program.
• Work directly with affiliate agencies, influencer platforms, and partner aggregators.
• Guide partners to their first conversions and revenue, helping them understand how to promote the product effectively.
• Test and validate acquisition hypotheses (partner types, geos, offers, messaging).
• Maintain a structured CRM pipeline (ideally Monday CRM): leads, stages, communication, results.
• Collect and analyze feedback from partners (both successful and unsuccessful) to improve acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with account managers, product, marketing, and analytics teams to scale revenue from the channel.
