The core product suite handles everything from high-throughput market data to complex portfolio optimization. Our client is looking for a driven Engineer to help build the performant, data-rich interfaces that power these mission-critical workflows.

You will own the user experience for platforms that handle massive data scale and complex financial operations. This isn't just about building "dashboards"—it's about engineering intuitive interfaces for real-time position tracking, smart order routing, and high-cardinality optimization.

Role summary

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for maximising the income and long term value of a diversified real estate portfolio by developing and delivering asset management and leasing strategies.

The role focuses on identifying underperforming assets, driving repositioning, leasing or divestment plans, and using market insight to spot new revenue and value creation opportunities.

It also oversees end-to-end leasing activity, ensures accurate lease and rent records, and builds strong relationships with agents, brokers and other partners to support acquisitions, leasing and ongoing portfolio performance.
