We are looking for multiple ROV Supervisors to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, overseeing the safe and efficient execution of a wide range of offshore projects.

As an ROV Supervisor, you will lead, support and develop ROV personnel while supervising the operation and maintenance of assigned ROV Systems. You will be responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, promoting clear communication, and ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. • Operate, maintain, and repair on assigned ROV systems.
• Participate in familiarization and debriefing activities prior to mobilization and demobilizations.
• Carry out pre-dive and post-dive checks, preventative maintenance routines, and ensure all activities, defects, and repairs are accurately recorded in dive logs and system documentation.

We are looking for experienced ROV Pilots with strong knowledge and understanding of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ROV and LARS systems.

This is not a "build-and-hand-off" role.
