Speaker Logistics & Coordination

• Pilotage technique et budgétaire : suivi des dépenses, validation des achats, planification et optimisation des approvisionnements.

Requirements

Formation d’Ingénieur (mécanique/navale) ou Brevet Capitaine / Chef Mécanicien.

Dans le cadre de deux projets de développement offshore innovants situés en Afrique de l’Ouest, nous recherchons un Lead Engineer Procédés expérimenté pour accompagner les phases FEED puis EPC jusqu’à la clôture des projets.

Les projets visent des installations simplifiées (Conductor Supported Platform) raccordées à des infrastructures existantes par pipelines sous-marins et terrestres.

Objectifs : optimisation des coûts CAPEX/OPEX, réduction des émissions GES, respect de standards HSE élevés, tout en assurant performance et fiabilité.

Forte de plusieurs décennies d’expertise dans le transport maritime de gaz liquéfiés (GNL, GPL, éthane, etc.), elle assure, pour le compte d’armateurs ou d’affréteurs, un haut niveau de maîtrise technique, de rigueur réglementaire et de sécurité opérationnelle.

Filiale d’un grand groupe énergétique, elle opère une flotte moderne et stratégique sur des routes internationales et joue un rôle clé dans la chaîne logistique mondiale du gaz.

Missions principales :

En tant que Vessel Manager, vous êtes le garant de la disponibilité technique, de la conformité réglementaire et du bon fonctionnement opérationnel d’un ou plusieurs navires. Vous intervenez en interface directe avec les équipages, les chantiers, les sociétés de classification et les fournisseurs.

Vos responsabilités incluent notamment :

Dans le cadre d’un projet naval à long terme, nous recherchons, pour le compte de notre client, un Project Manager expérimenté pour piloter l’ensemble des phases de préparation, de réalisation et de suivi post-livraison de ce projet stratégique.

Ce projet revêt un caractère à la fois technique, opérationnel et organisationnel majeur. Le calendrier s’articule autour de plusieurs grandes étapes :

• Une phase préparatoire d’environ 15 à 16 mois, incluant la planification industrielle, l’ingénierie d’intégration, la coordination des fournisseurs, et les études d’installation.
