Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
- Provide information on shipping options, delivery timeframes, and customs regulations.
- Assist customers with order processing, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system for reference.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to better assist clients.
