We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an esteemed international ship management company, a detail-oriented Husbandry Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, verification, and registration of all husbandry related costs associated with vessels’ port calls. The role requires close coordination with agents, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate processing, control, and allocation of owners’ expenses.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Previous experience within the shipping industry will be considered an advantage
- A dynamic and results-oriented individual
- High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
