Αναζητούμε Υπεύθυνο του τμήματος ασφαλείας

Ο ρόλος προϋποθέτει υψηλό επίπεδο εμπειρίας, τεχνικών γνώσεων και ηγετικών ικανοτήτων. Ο Υπεύθυνος του Τμήματος Ασφαλείας συμβάλει στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή της πολιτικής ασφάλειας της εταιρείας με στόχο την προστασία των εργαζομένων, των πελατών και της περιουσίας της εταιρείας.

Οι αρμοδιότητές σας

• Σχεδιάζετε και υλοποιείτε την στρατηγική ασφάλειας της εταιρείας
• Διενεργείτε ελέγχους για την ορθή και πιστή εφαρμογή των πολιτικών ασφάλειας
• Φροντίζετε για την ορθή τήρηση των πολιτικών πρόσβασης σε χώρους της εταιρείας
• Εκπαιδεύετε και υποστηρίζετε τους εργαζόμενους  σε θέματα ασφάλειας
• Αξιολογείτε, επικαιροποιείτε και βελτιώνετε τα μέτρα ασφαλείας με βάση τις εξελίξεις του τομέα ενδιαφέροντός σας, ενώ υιοθετείτε όπου χρειάζεται και νέες τεχνολογίες
• Επικοινωνείτε και συνεργάζεστε στενά σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα με την Ανώτατη Διοίκηση για θέματα που άπτονται των αρμοδιοτήτων σας
• Διαχειρίζεστε το δίκτυο συνεργατών και προμηθευτών ασφάλειας

We are hiring on behalf of our client a Security Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the security service of the private residence.
• Develop and implement security plans, instructions, and regulations.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate the work of security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with discipline and safety standards.
• Safeguard property and ensure the personal safety of family members, including escorting a teenager.
• Investigate potential threats and personnel wrongdoings.
• Plan and ensure safe routes, accompany to events, trips, and training sessions.
• Communicate with parents and external contractors (technical services, security agencies).
• Monitor and operate video surveillance, alarm, and access control systems.
• Respond to emergencies, conduct risk analysis, and develop preventive measures.
• Provide first aid if necessary.

With summer fast approaching, we have exciting opportunities for Deckhands to join us on a fixed-term basis — from early October through to the end of February 2026. This role will see you responsible for securing the vessel, undertaking lookout and watch keeping duties, marshalling, loading and unloading passengers and vehicles and assisting with the Café-Bar operation of the vessel from time-to-time.
