As a Junior RF Systems Engineer you will support a variety of tasks including equipment testing, rack-based RF solution integration, site surveys, field installations, and measurements. • Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining formalities, documentation, HRIS updates.

• Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team (attendance, LOP, new joiners/exits).
• Handle employee engagement activities, internal communication, and event coordination.

IT Support Engineer – Stores Support

The new colleague will provide technical support to our store network.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users  via calls, ticketing system and emails
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues (PCs, printers, tablets ,pos devices, scanners e.t.c).
• Install and configure software applications
• Monitor and manage local network  connections (lan,switches,wifi)
• Perform routine diagnostic checks
• Ensure all requests are documented, tracked and resolved in a timely manner

• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
• Create and update user manuals

• Collaborate with other IT departments to improve systems, tools and processes
• Work on weekly shifts (morning /afternoon /Saturday)
