What you will be doing

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our advanced analytics and AI team supporting some of our large enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, processing large datasets, and managing scheduled data workflows to support enterprise data engineering initiatives.

We are hiring a Senior Security Engineer to own the technical security posture of those systems once they are live: the infrastructure they run on, the pipelines that feed them, and the agents that act on their output. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your client's working day.

This is not an audit seat. Azumo has shipped production AI since 2016, and the work here is in the systems themselves — hardening infrastructure, closing vulnerabilities, and building the guardrails that keep AI-driven workflows safe in front of real users.

Most engineering organizations split ownership by what's built: pipelines and data infrastructure, the model or the method behind a decision, the product itself, and — once AI systems are live — what they actually do in front of users. Security isn't one more slice next to those. It's the discipline that has to hold inside every one of them, and on any team large enough to carry a dedicated specialist, this is the role that owns it.

We're hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen how LawnStarter ships software across our marketplace platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product, focused on building confidence into every release before it reaches customers.

In this role, you will:

• Own and evolve automated testing coverage across our web and mobile products
• Work directly with engineering pods to bake quality checks into the development process, not bolt them on after
• Lead root-cause investigations when production issues surface, coordinating across teams to close the loop
• Strengthen our CI/CD pipeline's testing infrastructure
• Coach engineers on writing better tests and thinking about edge cases earlier

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on QA/QE experience, including building and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

Experience testing both web and mobile applications in production environments

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits into them

Experience working in a marketplace, two-sided platform, or similarly fast-moving startup environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and support

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

About Engineering at LawnStarter

We've spent the last two years rebuilding the platform from the ground up: new customer app, new Pro onboarding, job distribution engine, and data infrastructure. The foundation is solid. Now we're moving into expanded service verticals, dynamic pricing, and AI-powered features at scale. Quality needs to keep up.

Our stack is PHP (Laravel) and React/React Native, with Cypress as our primary test framework. We actively use Claude Code as part of our engineering workflow, not as an experiment, but as a core part of how we work.

The Role

As we scale into new service verticals and grow the engineering team, quality can't be reactive. This role exists to make quality proactive: owning the automation coverage, shaping the bug process, and partnering closely with Product, Design, and the Data team to catch problems before they reach customers.
