The Mission
You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the voice of Mercedes-Benz across three exciting domains:
- The Lifesaver (Roadside Assistance): When a driver is stranded, you’re the calm in the storm. You’ll coordinate breakdowns, manage recoveries, and ensure safety is always the top priority.
- The Tech Wizard (Connected Mobility): Help clients navigate the Mercedes Me App. From remote vehicle monitoring to activating digital services, you’re the bridge between the car and the cloud.
- The Luxury Ambassador (Customer Service): You’ll handle the high-end experience, managing everything from maintenance bookings to "goodwill" requests for our most discerning clients.
