To support rapid growth and expanding institutional partnerships, our client is seeking a sharp, execution-focused Head of Security & Risk. This is a foundational, individual contributor (IC) role at a critical inflection point for the organization. In this position, the Head of Security & Risk will build and own the information security and enterprise risk management functions from the ground up.

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the commercial performance of GoMining's direct revenue channels.

You will be responsible for optimizing sales operations, VIP management, retention, cross-sell initiatives, and commercial efficiency. Working closely with business owners and leadership, you will define priorities, improve unit economics, and ensure every commercial initiative delivers measurable business impact.

This is a strategic role that combines commercial operations, analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

Revenue Operations

• Own the operational performance of all direct revenue channels, including Sales, VIP, and Retention.
• Align priorities, customer segmentation, and execution plans with business owners.
• Build scalable commercial processes and operating standards across teams.
• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency.

Commercial Performance

As PR Lead, you own external communications: the narrative, the earned media programme, executive and founder positioning, reputation and crisis communications, and the events programme.

The shape of this role is specific. A substantial monthly agency retainer already exists — your job is not to replace it but to run it: set the narrative, direct the agencies against it, hold them to outcomes, and cut what does not deliver. Three things you own personally rather than through an agency: founder and executive positioning, crisis communications, and the judgement call on what we say and when.

As GTM Lead — GoBTC Pay, you own go-to-market for a product at the start of its life, on both sides of a two-sided market.

Two words we use precisely here. Supply means merchants — the places where Bitcoin can be spent. They are also our paying customer, which makes them unusual: we acquire them like a client and count them like inventory. Demand means payers — the people who choose to spend Bitcoin rather than hold it. They are not our customer, and they are the harder of the two problems: the whole category has struggled for a decade with the question of why anyone would spend an appreciating asset.

You own both sides, they behave nothing alike, and part of your first quarter is establishing how much real demand exists rather than assuming it. You will build the launch playbook once and then run it market by market alongside regional BD Managers, Product and Ops. This is a senior expert role without direct reports, with unusually direct commercial line of sight.

As Head of Marketing – Financial Products (Card, Earn & Travel), you will own the marketing strategy and commercial growth of GoMining's financial products portfolio beyond mining.

You will define how these products are positioned, launched, and scaled globally while maximizing cross-sell opportunities across the GoMining ecosystem.

This is a strategic leadership role with direct responsibility for revenue growth, product adoption, and portfolio expansion. You will work closely with Product, Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and executive leadership to build a scalable go-to-market function for our non-core products.
