Affiliate Partnerships Manager
We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to scale GoMining’s revenue through high-performing referral and affiliate partners.
This role focuses on attracting, onboarding, and growing partners who can consistently bring paying users. You will experiment with different acquisition approaches — from direct outreach to agencies and affiliate networks — and scale what works.
Responsibilities
- Identify and test acquisition channels for affiliate and referral partners (bloggers, KOLs, communities, agencies, platforms).
- Find, approach, and onboard new partners into the GoMining referral program.
- Work directly with affiliate agencies, influencer platforms, and partner aggregators.
- Guide partners to their first conversions and revenue, helping them understand how to promote the product effectively.
- Test and validate acquisition hypotheses (partner types, geos, offers, messaging).
- Maintain a structured CRM pipeline (ideally Monday CRM): leads, stages, communication, results.
- Collect and analyze feedback from partners (both successful and unsuccessful) to improve acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with account managers, product, marketing, and analytics teams to scale revenue from the channel.
