Gritter Francona is looking for a Program Manager that will serve as the Contractor’s primary interface with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Office of Discovery, Education, and Affiliate Networks (DEAN), and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). DEAN coordinates and advances high-priority healthcare programs and initiatives that support VHA’s transformation toward a modern, high-reliability organization centered on Veteran outcomes.
The Program Manager will support DEAN activities through disciplined enterprise program management, data-driven decision-making, strategic alignment, and effective coordination across research and discovery, healthcare education and training, and affiliate network initiatives. The individual will assist VA in the execution of targeted program goals and ensure successful delivery of task order requirements.

About the role:
As a Senior Director, Strategic Programs, you will serve as the strategic architect of our Direct-to-Consumer products and value proposition. You will lead a high-performing team to optimize the consumer lending funnel, unlock long-term Customer Lifetime Value, and own end-to-end P&L performance.
