Location: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Compensation: $130K - $180K

This is a foundational role to build and activate a world-class community that drives adoption and amplifies our mission.

As the Community Lead, you will take full end-to-end ownership of the protocol's community strategy, shaping how users, developers, and advocates engage with the platform. You will be responsible for designing and executing programs that foster engagement, education, and evangelism, serving as the voice of the community internally and the voice of the protocol externally.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Director of Market Access Operations is responsible for participating in the management of company's goals for contractual relationships and financial achievements with payers (insurers, managed care organizations, medical groups, federal, state, and local governmental entities, and other third-party payer-related entities). The role will analyze and assess existing and prospective payer relationships, needs, and development to support evidence-based decision-making and optimal revenue improvement and growth.
