We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Tenders & Proposals Support Manager to lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and tender responses. This role is critical to enabling revenue growth by delivering high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals that maximize win rates.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage proposal timelines, ensure commercial and legal compliance, and build scalable proposal tools and content libraries. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in bid management and a strong understanding of pricing, margins, and deal structuring in B2B environments.
