Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, course offerings, and enrollment processes via phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
- Provide guidance on available educational resources, tools, and features to enhance learning experiences.
- Assist with technical issues related to online learning platforms while offering effective solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with educational teams to improve service delivery and support educational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, curriculum changes, and new platform features to provide relevant information to customers.
