Revenue Operations Manager - Blockchain Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Must be in the European Union (remote-first, office optional). France/ Paris or as close as possible, is always preferred.

Compensation: $80K - $120K

Join a stellar team of leaders and experts building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to act as the essential air-support system for our commercial teams, ensuring they have the reliable, well-structured data needed to accelerate deals and run effective campaigns. You will own and optimize all CRM data, lead generation workflows, and sales/marketing automation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the entire sales and marketing tech stack, providing the leverage necessary for high-growth and efficiency. Your focus is maximizing revenue by ensuring data cleanliness, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights, allowing sales and marketing to focus on conversations and strategy rather than manual tasks.
