Plutus Developer - Cardano Smart Contract Systems

Location: Remote - Europe

Join a team of elite researchers, auditors, and core engineers focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure smart contract systems on the Cardano platform. We are seeking experienced Plutus Developers to translate complex on-chain protocol logic from precise specifications into secure, production-ready code on the mainnet, contributing to foundational work that moves the entire ecosystem forward.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of high-assurance smart contract development, including implementation, rigorous testing, and performance optimization. This role involves deep collaboration with internal research teams, external protocol teams, and product engineers to bring novel on-chain protocols to life.

VP of Solutions Engineering - Enterprise Blockchain Financial Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Must be in the European Union (remote-first, office optional). France or Paris or as close as possible, always preferred.

Senior Protocol Engineer - Stablecoin Platform

Location: Remote - US based (Would consider South America/Canada/Europe if can overlap with EST timezones)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Protocol Engineer to architect and develop audit-ready smart contracts, helping businesses monetize their digital dollar use cases while maintaining control over their money tech stack.

You will be responsible for the security, performance, and development of our core blockchain protocols. This role requires technical mastery in smart contract design, a commitment to audit readiness, and strong collaboration skills as you work across functional teams (designers, product managers, and developers) to enhance and extend our existing stablecoin products.

Senior/Lead Smart Contract Engineer - Decentralized Perpetuals Exchange

Location: Remote - US or EU if willing to overlap 6+ hours with ET

Compensation: $250K - $500K

We are building the backbone of global decentralized finance (DeFi), operating the largest perpetual exchange on Arbitrum and processing over $20 billion in cumulative trading volume. Our platform enables leveraged trading of real-world assets (RWAs)—commodities, forex, indices, and stocks—alongside crypto, bringing global markets on-chain with full self-custody. Backed by General Catalyst and Susquehanna International Group, we are a small team providing institutional-grade reliability for a protocol handling billions in volume.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior or Lead Smart Contract Engineer to help scale our protocol as we expand to hundreds of markets and billions in daily volume. You will work directly with our founding team (backgrounds from Harvard, Bridgewater, and BlackRock) to architect and implement critical protocol upgrades and new market mechanisms for the next generation of on-chain derivatives.

This is not a junior role. We need an expert who has built and maintained perpetual Decentralized Exchange (DEX) smart contracts in production at scale.

Move (Sui) Engineer - Stablecoin Platform

Location: Remote - Would consider Global (Must have a 4 hour overlap with EST if based outside of US)

Compensation: $200K - $220K

We are a stablecoin platform for builders, focused on providing the foundational building blocks for digital dollars. Our platform allows developers to create and customize their own stablecoins in minutes by extending our superior digital-dollar building block ($M), allowing businesses to monetize their digital dollar use cases while maintaining control and offloading operational heavy-lifting. We are seeking an experienced Move (Sui) Engineer to join our growing team.

In this critical role, you will architect and develop the core smart contracts for our stablecoin platform on Sui. You will be instrumental in enhancing existing protocols, ensuring audit-readiness, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project (Field) Engineer will deliver assigned work packages with attention to detail, participating in their allocated team for the successful execution of project or tender.

The Project (Field) Engineers are expected to:

·     Pursue innovation and improvement in engineering & design practices.

·     Pursue the concept of 'Design for safety, function and practicality / economy of fabrication', in accordance with the DOF Engineering Manual, project BoD, Client expectations, budget and schedule.

·     Understand and apply industry codes / standards required to support specific project or tendering requirements

- including AS / DNV / API / IMCA / AISC etc.

·     Ensure all technical deliverables are concise, legible, accurate and in compliance with DOF standards & templates.

·     Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the DOF Engineering Manual.
