We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major shipbuilding project involving the construction of a floating LNG support unit (FLNG, FSRU, LNG carrier). The project will take place in Asia (South Korea or China) and is expected to start in November/December 2025 for an initial duration of 12 months (minimum).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise on-site activities at the shipyard.
  • Coordinate with the client, shipyard teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Manage and support the on-site project team.

Requirements

General Experience: At least one project in the last 15 years in a managerial position during the construction of an LNGC or FSRU.

Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of cumulative professional experience leading an on-site team in a shipyard (LNGC / FSRU new build or conversion only).

Project Experience: Proven track record of leading at least one LNGC or FSRU project (new build or conversion).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Availability to be based full-time on-site in Asia (Korea or China).

PC-d2m-273 Hull Marine Systems Engineer (F/M)

As part of a major offshore energy project, we are looking for a Hull Marine Systems Engineer to join the technical team as a resident engineer in China. You will act as a key focal point for all hull marine systems activities related to the FPSO, working closely with the FPSO Engineering Manager and the EPCIC contractor to ensure quality, compliance, and performance.

Supervise and validate engineering studies for hull marine systems: ballast, bilge, HVAC marine, cargo pumps, winches, cranes, offloading systems, auxiliary generators, etc.

  • Review and approve technical documentation, engineering drawings, and workshop plans.
  • Monitor construction and integration of marine systems at the shipyard in China.
  • Coordinate with vendors for selection, procurement, FAT, deliveries, and installation.
  • Provide technical support for commissioning, repair, and life-extension activities of hull systems.
  • Contribute to spare parts strategy and schedule optimization.
  • Prepare and participate in project technical reviews and decision-making meetings.
  • Support compliance with FPSO classification and regulatory requirements.
  • Report regularly to the FPSO Engineering Manager and escalate critical issues.
  • Actively participate in yard inspections and vendor site visits.

Deputy Operations Manager (Containerships)

About us

Due to the expansion of our fleet we are actively seeking for an experienced Deputy Operations Manager (Containerships).

As a part of your role, you will:

  • Coordinate and supervise day-to-day a container fleet vessels operational activities.
  • Communicate with vessels and be the shore contact to provide support for all daily vessel matters including Commercial issues, cargo handling, navigation and route optimization, vessel schedules, bunkers consumption and stemming, regulations compliance etc
  • Provide Instructions to Master regarding all matters and follow up to ensure compliance.
  • Negotiate and conclude time charter agreements.
  • Be conversant with S&P negotiations and MOA agreements.
  • Oversee time charter freight collection.
  • Oversee and control the agents’ appointments and FDAs.
  • Handle vessels incidents at sea and in port and process claims with P&I and Hull in co-operation with insurance and legal depts.
  • Coordinate a team of vessel operators, oversee their daily work-flow and provide them with supervision, support and guidelines.
  • Co-operate effectively with all company’s departments regarding the vessels commercial, technical and financial matters.
