We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Subsea Cables to join our Project Delivery team. In this role, you will support new project tender acquisition and project execution within DOF’s Construction Service Line, with a particular focus on cable installation and cable repair projects within the offshore renewables sector.

You will be responsible for managing assigned cable project scopes, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality, cost and schedule.

The Senior Draftsperson is responsible for providing advanced drafting and design support for engineering, project, and tendering activities. This role oversees drafting workflows, reviews deliverables for quality and accuracy, and supports the development of subsea tooling, installation aids, and project drawings. The Senior Draftsperson also provides guidance and training to other designers and drafters to support team development and project delivery.

The Graduate Engineer supports engineering projects and technical work under the guidance of experienced engineers. This role assists with engineering design, documentation, and project deliverables. The Graduate Engineer may also support offshore and on-site project activities as needed. We are looking for two Commercial Graduates to join our team in Bergen. This opportunity is open to recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of professional experience who hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Candidates completing their studies in 2027 are expected to start in autumn 2027. Applicants who have already graduated and have up to two years of professional experience may be considered for an earlier start date.

As part of DOF's Commercial team, you will be involved in the commercial management of offshore projects from the early opportunity phase through tendering, contract negotiation, project execution, and close-out. You will support a wide range of commercial activities, including pricing, contract management, variation orders, risk assessments, and commercial strategy.

Join our team as a Warehouse Assistant!

DOF is seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. Based in our warehouse and reporting to the Logistics, Assets and Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in supporting DOF's supply chain and project logistics activities, ensuring equipment, materials and documentation are managed safely, efficiently and in compliance with company and client requirements.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the mobilisation and demobilisation of project equipment, coordinate logistics and customs requirements for domestic and international shipments, and ensure the safe storage and handling of goods. You will work closely with internal project teams, suppliers, freight forwarders and marine agents to ensure equipment and materials are delivered on time and in accordance with operational requirements.

You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment while supporting inventory control, asset tracking and reporting activities.
