Data Migration Lead

Role purpose
You act as the Dutch-facing lead for customers such as Kiwa and others where HSO delivers data migration services via our India delivery teams. You ensure control, quality, predictable delivery and clear alignment between customer and offshore team.

Requirements

Required experience

  • 8+ years in Dynamics 365 / data migration (preferably CE, FO experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience managing/leading offshore teams in India (capacity, planning, quality checks, coordination).
  • Experience in project coordination or project management (tracking progress, risk awareness, expectation management).
  • Ability to translate technical migration details into clear actions and customer updates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: customer teams in NL + technical teams in India.
  • Comfortable operating between Indian work culture and the Dutch direct communication style.
