Role Overview 

The Shredder Machine Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial shredding equipment used in recycling, waste management, or manufacturing environments. The technician ensures the machines operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal productivity. 

Key Responsibilities  

Machine Installation & Setup  

• Install and commission new shredding equipment according to manufacturer specifications.  

• Perform alignment, calibration, and testing to ensure proper functionality.  

Routine Maintenance  

Dans le cadre d'une mission ponctuelle, nous recherchons un Superviseur / Chef d’atelier spécialisé en reconditionnement de moteurs Diesel marins, ou un Chef mécanicien expérimenté pour une mission d’expertise et de structuration de plusieurs ateliers de maintenance à l’international.

Objectif de la mission: Réaliser un diagnostic complet des ateliers de reconditionnement de moteurs MAN 2842 Diesel Surfer, et proposer des actions correctives afin d’améliorer les processus, la qualité et la traçabilité.

Détails des activités attendues:

• Analyse des processus ateliers et recommandations d’amélioration.
• Vérification et évaluation de la documentation technique et qualité (process, enregistrements, traçabilité).
• Inspection des ateliers situés en Congo, Gabon et Angola (état des équipements, calibration des outillages, conformité).
• Analyse qualité des pièces critiques (contrôle 100% sur pièces critiques + échantillonnage).
• Revue du statut documentaire EIAPP / moteur et mise à jour des procédures manquantes.
• Formation et accompagnement des équipes locales sur site.

As part of our growing operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our laboratory located in our facility in Ritsona, as a part of the Quality Control Department.This role will report to the Plant Manager and will contribute to ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards by performing chemical and physical testing to classify, monitor, and verify waste properties. The role involves maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and proper hazardous waste management through precise analysis and equipment calibration. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in chemistry or chemical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and prior experience working in a similar environment.
