Project Administrative Support

Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator will support the Owner’s Engineer (OE) team working in Sofia on the Kozloduy nuclear new-build project. The role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between the OE team, local stakeholders, the Client, and project subcontractors. The selected candidate will provide administrative, logistical, and communication support to facilitate the efficient delivery of the OE contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  1. Define administrative procedures in line with the OE contract.
  2. Prepare, review, and format documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  3. Manage document filing, archiving, version control, and compliance with project documentation standards.
  4. Support internal and external workflows, approvals, and document routing.

  • Coordination and Communication
  1. Act as a local coordination point between the OE team, the Client and the rest of the OE Companies.
  2. Provide verbal and written translation support (Bulgarian to English and English to Bulgarian) when required.
  3. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and onsite activities.
