Het doel van de functie 
Als Inside Sales Representative bij HSO ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor potentiële klanten. Jij signaleert commerciële kansen, kwalificeert deze en ondersteunt het Sales-team bij het vullen van de pipeline. Je werkt nauw samen met Marketing en Sales en zorgt dat prospects op de juiste manier in contact komen met onze organisatie. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Veenendaal of Rotterdam, gecombineerd met hybride werken zodat je jouw werk flexibel in kunt delen.

Wat ga je doen? 

• Actief benaderen van prospects en klanten via telefoon, e-mail en social media om behoeften en kansen te ontdekken 
• Nieuwe kansen kwalificeren en overdragen aan Account Executives 
• Leads en opportunities beheren en up-to-date houden in het CRM-systeem 
• Afspraken, demo’s en discovery-sessies plannen en bevestigen 
• Samenwerken met Marketing om campagnes te ondersteunen en feedback te geven op lead-kwaliteit 
• Alert zijn op markt- en intent-signalen en hier proactief op inspelen 
• Continu leren en jezelf ontwikkelen via HSO Academy en interne tools 

Jouw resultaatgebieden 
• Aantal geboekte afspraken/demo’s per maand/kwartaal 
• Conversie van gekwalificeerde leads naar opportunities 
• Nauwkeurigheid van CRM-data (bijv. 95%+ volledig en up-to-date) 
• Engagement van prospects na outreach
