Als Supply Chain Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen complexe productie- en logistieke processen en slimme oplossingen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Jij vertaalt klantuitdagingen; van voorraadbeheer en productieplanning tot integraties met MES, PDM of WMS naar een optimaal werkend systeem. 

Je werkt nauw samen met key-users, begeleidt optimalisatietrajecten en adviseert over toekomstige Microsoft-ontwikkelingen. Jouw kennis en communicatieve kracht zorgen voor sterke partnerships en innovatieve oplossingen voor onze klanten.

Jouw start bij HSO 
Je begint met een vijfweekse Masterclass waarin je alles leert over Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft-technologie en de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI en automatisering. Je traint op zowel technische vaardigheden als soft skills, zoals klantgericht adviseren, samenwerken en communiceren. Na afronding behaal je je officiële Microsoft-certificering. 

Snel aan de slag bij topklanten 
Na de Masterclass ga je direct aan de slag binnen een ervaren projectteam. Je werkt mee aan digitale transformaties bij klanten als Rituals, Royal BAM en Heineken. Als Functioneel Consultant analyseer je bedrijfsprocessen, vertaal je klantbehoeften naar slimme oplossingen, implementeer je Dynamics 365 CE en begeleid je klanten bij adoptie en optimalisatie van AI-tools zoals Copilot. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen business en technologie. 

Groei in je eigen tempo 

Als Pre Sales Consultant binnen het CE team van HSO ben jij de specialist op het gebied van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). Je werkt nauw samen met het salesteam en experts op het gebied van Customer Engagement en adviseert klanten en prospects over de optimale CRM oplossingen die hun commerciële processen versterken. Je analyseert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar innovatieve, schaalbare Microsoft gebaseerde oplossingen voor sales, marketing en customer service. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden 
• Adviseren van klanten en prospects over CRM strategieën, customer experience en procesoptimalisatie binnen het Microsoft platform; 
• Ondersteunen van het salesproces door middel van solution design, demonstraties en proof of concepts; 
• Samenwerken met interne teams en Microsoft experts om toekomstbestendige oplossingen te ontwikkelen; 
• Opstellen van offertes en RFP’s met een duidelijke onderbouwing van onze CRM oplossingen; 
• Optreden als trusted advisor en thought leader binnen het domein van Customer Engagement.

As a Technical D365 Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will translate the client's functional requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure integrations, customizations, and performance optimizations. You will also advise on best practices, monitor quality, and support migrations and updates.

• Design and develop custom solutions within D365 using X++, C#, .NET, SQL and Azure services.
• Create and maintain integrations between D365 and external systems.
