Backed by over $27M in funding from premier venture capital firms like General Catalyst and Jump Crypto, the company has processed $50B+ in trading volume and generated significant revenue within the last year. Operating as a lean, high-velocity team, our client is currently scaling its operations to meet the demands of high-volume macro traders.

The organization is seeking a Talent Operator to serve as the first dedicated internal talent hire. This is not a traditional recruiting role; it is a strategic "internal engine" position designed for an individual who views talent acquisition as a complex operational puzzle. Working directly with the founding team, the Talent Operator will build the infrastructure necessary to scale the company toward 200 employees, with a clear trajectory for professional advancement.
