As part of a major offshore energy project, d2m Services is seeking an experienced Hull Conversion Engineering Coordinator to join a major FPSO project .

This role is ideally suited for professionals with a strong background in FPSO conversion projects.

You will be the key coordination focal point for all hull conversion activities, ensuring alignment across engineering, shipyard, classification, and project stakeholders.

As part of a major offshore energy project, we are looking for a Hull Marine Systems Engineer to join the technical team as a resident engineer in China. You will act as a key focal point for all hull marine systems activities related to the FPSO, working closely with the FPSO Engineering Manager and the EPCIC contractor to ensure quality, compliance, and performance.

Supervise and validate engineering studies for hull marine systems: ballast, bilge, HVAC marine, cargo pumps, winches, cranes, offloading systems, auxiliary generators, etc.

• Review and approve technical documentation, engineering drawings, and workshop plans.
• Monitor construction and integration of marine systems at the shipyard in China.
• Coordinate with vendors for selection, procurement, FAT, deliveries, and installation.
• Provide technical support for commissioning, repair, and life-extension activities of hull systems.
• Contribute to spare parts strategy and schedule optimization.
• Prepare and participate in project technical reviews and decision-making meetings.
• Support compliance with FPSO classification and regulatory requirements.
• Report regularly to the FPSO Engineering Manager and escalate critical issues.
• Actively participate in yard inspections and vendor site visits.

d2m Services is currently seeking an experienced Floating Unit Integrity Engineer to join a major oil and gas operator in Qatar.

Based in Doha, this strategic position involves regular offshore rotations on FSOs and Single Point Moorings (SPMs), as well as frequent visits to contractor sites, such as shipyards and engineering offices.

Working at the heart of the operator’s asset integrity strategy, the selected candidate will be required to interface closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Procurement, and a wide range of external stakeholders. The role is key to ensuring the safe and reliable performance of critical offshore infrastructure, supporting both operational continuity and long-term asset life extension.

Oversee a fleet of 5-6 vessels maintaining exceptional vessels’ performance with optimum efficiency and utilization; and complying with established company and government regulations regarding safety, quality and environment. As a Fleet Manager/Superintendent Engineer you will supervise vessels from an engineering aspect. Reporting to the FSU Conversion Manager, you will be responsible for supervising engineering subcontractors, coordinating technical studies, and interfacing with various project stakeholders. With your expertise in naval architecture, vessel conversion, and LNG, you will ensure equipment compliance with regulatory standards and oversee the smooth execution of yard activities. This role requires extensive experience in the offshore industry, along with a strong command of applicable regulations and standards.
