Key responsibilities include advising on bids, projects, and commercial arrangements; assessing permanent establishment exposure; interpreting tax treaties; managing withholding tax and transfer pricing considerations; and recommending appropriate tax structures. The position also leads tax compliance, tax accounting, governance, and control initiatives across the organization. Due to the highly mobile nature of the Company's operations, including the international deployment of vessels, equipment, and personnel, strong expertise in international tax and cross-border business activities is critical.

What's the role?
The official job title is Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement and will be based in our Stockholm office.
The role will be responsible for the strategic and tactical procurement of goods and services supporting the manufacture and assembly of seismic recording instruments used in offshore geophysical studies. This position will develop and execute sourcing and category management strategies for critical, high-value and technically complex goods and services required for original equipment manufacturing operations. Working across a global supply base, the role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations and commercial agreements to optimize total cost, quality, delivery, working capital and continuity of supply.
