About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and clients using financial and digital payment services. Our client is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to assist institutions, fintechs, and enterprises across the APAC region in adopting advanced custody and security infrastructure with confidence and ease. This role is both hands-on and client-facing, requiring the successful candidate to design integrations for complex environments, guide customers through deployment, and provide end-to-end technical support across key regional centers, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Seoul, and beyond.

Combining deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, the individual in this role will serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, architects, and engineering teams at banks, exchanges, custodians, and fintechs. Key duties involve designing tailored solutions, delivering technical proposals, troubleshooting issues in real time, and collaborating closely with backend, security, and product teams to ensure successful customer outcomes across multiple time zones, regulatory regimes, and languages.

This position balances senior technical leadership with hands-on execution, reporting directly to the VP of Solutions Engineering and working in close alignment with Sales, Engineering, Security, and Product to drive regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative represents Hustler Marketing to potential new clients and drives new business through proactive outbound. You build and work your own pipeline through a multi-channel outbound strategy, then take those opportunities through discovery and sales calls to closed deals. The focus is selling our digital agency services primarily to DTC brands.

As part of the Sales Team, you run outbound campaigns, deliver strong discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet, and represent Hustler Marketing in the best possible way. You source, qualify, and prepare future clients, then carry them through the sales conversation yourself.

This is a hands-on role across the full sales process, so a thorough understanding of our services is essential. It calls for strong sales skills, creativity, comfort with data, and real fluency with modern outbound tooling and AI. You are expected to use AI for efficiency and automation wherever it makes the work faster and better, and to operate autonomously most of the time, while staying structured, efficient, and approachable in a remote environment.
