Missions principales

1. Supervision et gestion de la production

• Assurer le suivi de la fabrication des lots de principe actif.
• Procéder à la libération des lots au niveau de la production : relecture des dossiers, vérification de la complétude, justification des écarts, ouverture des déviations.
• Réaliser les déclarations de consommations matières dans l’ERP (IDE – SHERPA).
• Assurer la réalisation des mallettes d’échantillons clients et gérer les demandes d’analyses associées

2. Gestion de la qualité et de la conformité

• Traiter et rédiger les déviations liées aux lots sous l’outil CATSWEB.
• Rédiger et suivre les CAPA.
• Mettre à jour les modes opératoires et/ou les master batch (production, nettoyage).
• Garantir le respect des BPF au sein des processus de production.

3. Support technique et opérationnel
