This role will serve as a senior analytical and coordination resource, supporting the Program Manager and acting as a deputy/backup when needed. The Senior Analyst will help advance enterprise ITAM strategic planning, governance, policy documentation, reporting, compliance readiness, and program execution across hardware asset management and software asset management workstreams.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting federal IT or management consulting programs, developing client-ready strategic and governance deliverables, analyzing complex program information, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate above a task-tracking function by helping shape recommendations, synthesize findings, document decisions, and support the development of practical frameworks, plans, and materials for a maturing enterprise ITAM program.

The Medical Reviewer provides medical and operational oversight of global pharmacovigilance review activities, ensuring high-quality assessment of ICSRs, compliance with regulatory requirements, and submission readiness for critical cases. Main Responsibilities:

• Perform medical review of ICSRs ensuring completeness and submission readiness.

• Lead follow-up activities with internal teams, HCPs, and vendors.

• Support benefit-risk evaluation and safety strategy activities.
• Act as SME for audits and inspections.
• Manage processes, vendors, and KPIs, driving operational performance.
