Role Summary

The China Representative will act as Union Maritime’s primary point of contact in China, supporting the company’s commercial, financing, and newbuilding activities. The role focuses on strengthening strategic relationships with Chinese partners, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of projects with shipyards and leasing houses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships in China across trading houses, industrial groups, financiers, and maritime operators.
• Represent Union Maritime in meetings, negotiations, and industry events to build strong long-term relationships.
• Provide ongoing market intelligence on Chinese counterparties, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

As R&D Engineer

Key Responsibilities 

d2m Services is currently seeking an experienced Floating Unit Integrity Engineer to join a major oil and gas operator in Qatar.

Based in Doha, this strategic position involves regular offshore rotations on FSOs and Single Point Moorings (SPMs), as well as frequent visits to contractor sites, such as shipyards and engineering offices.

Working at the heart of the operator’s asset integrity strategy, the selected candidate will be required to interface closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Procurement, and a wide range of external stakeholders. The role is key to ensuring the safe and reliable performance of critical offshore infrastructure, supporting both operational continuity and long-term asset life extension.
