About the role

You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our infrastructure while providing robust database management support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the performance of information systems and ensures their smooth operation
  • Managing employee access rights to systems and services
  • Monitoring and managing cloud infrastructure and services (Office365 – Azure)
  • Executing regular system & database maintenance tasks
  • Resolving user issues related to computing systems

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

  • Degree in Information Technology
  • Experience in an IT support role
  • Experience with MS Active Directory. MS Windows and MS Office.
  • Good Knowledge of Networks
  • Ability to travel abroad, if necessary
  • Familiarity with English language
  • Good communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork
