The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance within the marine or offshore industry. This role is critical in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and commercial interests are protected throughout the lifecycle of marine operations. Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate marine service contracts, charter party agreements, and subcontractor arrangements.
