Location: Remote - Must be in the European Union (remote-first, office optional). France/ Paris or as close as possible, is always preferred.

Compensation: $95K - $140K

We are hiring a Commercial Counsel to own and drive all contract-related legal matters for our platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a hands-on, critical role in supporting our international growth while ensuring compliance within the fintech and crypto regulatory landscape.

This is a high-autonomy role where you will be directly responsible for accelerating deal flow while protecting the company's interests. You will act as a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, responsible for building the scalable legal foundation that supports our expansion across the globe.

What’s the role?

The Marine Contracts Manager will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of marine projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance within the marine or offshore industry. This role is critical in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and commercial interests are protected throughout the lifecycle of marine operations. Key responsibilities include:

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate marine service contracts, charter party agreements, and subcontractor arrangements.
• Provide contractual guidance to project teams during tendering, execution, and close-out phases.
• Lead contract change management, claims resolution, and dispute avoidance strategies.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations, and milestones to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Maintain contract templates and ensure consistent application of PXGEO’s contracting standards

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with negotiating and advising on the full spectrum of our maritime contracts globally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident navigating the complexities of commercial shipping and offshore arrangements.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking on behalf of our client a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Lawyer to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will support the Head of the Department in providing legal advice, drafting documents, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues.
• Support the legal team in managing litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure the company’s compliance.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
• Provide general legal support to various departments within the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a Legal Project Manager with a legal background who will coordinate legal projects, ensure deadlines are met, efficiently manage the team’s workload, and set clear and accurate tasks for legal review.

Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and control deadlines for legal projects
• Prepare briefs for legal review of documents, cases, and deals
• Monitor the workload and priorities of the legal team
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external legal consultants
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Monitor risks and deadlines related to legal initiatives

Requirements

• Higher education in Law
• 2+ years of experience in a legal or related project management role
• Excellent planning, time management, and business communication skills
• Ability to formulate clear tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of civil, corporate, and contract law (preferably in international practice)
