Community Lead (Web3/DeFi Protocol)

Location: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Compensation: $130K - $180K

We are creating the platform that intelligently reallocates assets across Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols to maximize returns. This is a foundational role to build and activate a world-class community that drives adoption and amplifies our mission.

As the Community Lead, you will take full end-to-end ownership of the protocol's community strategy, shaping how users, developers, and advocates engage with the platform. You will be responsible for designing and executing programs that foster engagement, education, and evangelism, serving as the voice of the community internally and the voice of the protocol externally.

This role combines creative vision, content strategy, and hands-on execution to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on customer education, brand trust, and growth.You will be responsible for every piece of creative and visual that goes out—ensuring that all content, both written and visual, aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create content and visuals that speak to our target audiences and amplify the impact of our products and services.
