About the Role:
FlatGigs is hiring on behalf of a client to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot across nine entities. We're looking for an experienced, business-savvy AI trainer who can deliver workshops targeting executives, end-users, champions, and IT teams.

This is a high-impact role focused on practical training, real-world use cases, and interactive sessions to boost AI adoption in everyday workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, engaging training sessions (in Arabic and English) on Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or ChatGPT
• Customize content to meet the needs of diverse audiences – from C-suite to technical staff
• Demonstrate real-life, AI-powered use cases relevant to government workflows
• Handle Q&A, follow-up resources, and feedback from sessions
• Coordinate scheduling and feedback with project stakeholders

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior System Administrator at METRO, you will be a key technical expert, responsible for the design, administration, and evolution of our hybrid infrastructure. Your focus will include:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Company device administration and support ensuring that systems are designed to specification and monitored effectively.
• Setup, support, monitor and maintain network devices and telephony infrastructure across company sites.
• Monitor, setup, and check backups so there is recovery in case of systems failure.
• Administration and support of all Microsoft technologies included in Microsoft 365 and especially Exchange.
• Intune support for managing company devices remotely.
• Responsible for implementing any Group Policy Objects and Active Directory requirements.
• Assist the Information Security Manager with ISO27001 requirements of IT systems.
• Implementation of security best practices as per management recommendations.
• Carry out any other duty assigned by the IT Operations Lead.
