The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team that actively champions a comprehensive automation culture. The mandate of this department is broad and impactful, covering everything from desktop and laptop infrastructure support to sophisticated data center server provisioning and global vendor network connectivity. While each team member brings distinct areas of technical specialization, the department operates under a shared-responsibility model for the entire production environment. We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support and maintain the technology environment of our client, a Single-family office based in Limassol. This is a hands-on role combining infrastructure support with high-touch personal technology assistance for the shareholder.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical point of contact, ensuring that all systems remain secure, stable, and well-maintained, while coordinating with external providers where required.

 Responsibilities

• Support and maintain business and personal IT systems
• Act as the primary day-to-day technical contact for the shareholder
• Administer infrastructure including servers, cloud platforms, networks, and end-user devices
• Implement system upgrades, migrations, and improvements in coordination with vendors
• Maintain cybersecurity controls and security best practices
• Monitor backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures
• Provide executive and travel-related technical support
• Coordinate with external IT providers, MSPs, and security partners when required
• Maintain documentation, asset registers, and access management records
