Compensation: $165K - $200K

We are building a Credible Layer—a step-level improvement for on-chain security designed to safeguard the crypto industry and restore credibility after billions were lost to hacks. We are creating an on-chain protocol and off-chain infrastructure that enables protocols to enforce security rules for every transaction. Backed by world-class investors, we are seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to work on bleeding-edge infrastructure at the heart of our mission.

You will play a crucial role in shipping cutting-edge features that extend the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) to enable security rules to be checked after every state transition. This is a high-impact, deeply technical role requiring expertise in performance optimization and low-level systems programming within a collaborative, fast-iteration environment.

ASIC Repair Engineer - Bitmain (USA)

Your goal is to return units to production quickly and with high quality, maximize fleet uptime, keep accurate CRM records and repair reports, and follow ESD and safety standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose faults on hashboards and control boards at the component level
  • Perform BGA rework and SMD soldering
  • Identify chip failures and power-rail issues on boards
  • Replace or repair hashboard power circuits
  • Repair control boards and restore firmware where needed
  • Configure and bring up equipment after repair
  • Maintain CRM records and complete repair reports

Requirements

  • Hands-on repair experience with Bitmain S19 XP, S21, T21 — mandatory
  • Solid electronics fundamentals and ability to read schematics
  • 1+ year of component-level repair of mining equipment
  • Proven experience repairing computing hardware

8.Experience in Capacity and performance management

9.Experience with Remote Administration of MIPS/LPARS

10.Work with vendor partners to manage the agreed upon SLA's

11.Works with the vendor partners to improve the reporting and operations policies and procedures

Role Overview 

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the electrical systems and components associated with shredding machines, conveyors, and facility-wide waste processing systems. This role is vital to ensure minimal downtime, operational safety, and energy efficiency within the facility.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Electrical Installation & Commissioning  

  • Install and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and motor starters for shredders, conveyors, bailers, and compactors.  
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.  
  • Set up VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) used in automation of shredding processes.
