IT Specialist - Single Family Office

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support and maintain the technology environment of our client, a Single-family office based in Limassol. This is a hands-on role combining infrastructure support with high-touch personal technology assistance for the shareholder.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical point of contact, ensuring that all systems remain secure, stable, and well-maintained, while coordinating with external providers where required.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain business and personal IT systems
- Act as the primary day-to-day technical contact for the shareholder
- Administer infrastructure including servers, cloud platforms, networks, and end-user devices
- Implement system upgrades, migrations, and improvements in coordination with vendors
- Maintain cybersecurity controls and security best practices
- Monitor backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures
- Provide executive and travel-related technical support
- Coordinate with external IT providers, MSPs, and security partners when required
- Maintain documentation, asset registers, and access management records
