Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the dismantling of industrial facilities within a high-demand, safety-critical environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with the project scope, timeline, budget, and safety standards.

The Project Manager will be located in Athens and will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the key liaison between the client, the engineering teams, and company leadership. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience in dismantling, decommissioning, or heavy industrial projects

You will work across the full project lifecycle—capturing business needs, translating them into actionable plans and orchestrating delivery—to ensure technology initiatives align with strategic goals, add measurable value and comply with relevant industry best practices and standards.

Role Overview:

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—defining requirements, coordinating resources, managing risks and driving continuous improvement. Expect to own multiple projects simultaneously, steering cross‑functional teams while measuring outcomes against clearly defined success criteria.

Chartering Manager

This key role will be responsible for developing our presence in the region, overseeing spot and long-term chartering activities, and managing general shipping and logistics projects within the tanker sector.
