The role supports network rollout and modernization programs across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage telecom site implementation and RF installation activities.
  • Supervise subcontractors, field engineers, and installation teams.
  • Coordinate installation, integration, commissioning, and site acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer, vendor, and HSE standards.
  • Troubleshoot RF and telecom implementation issues.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and technical performance.
  • Prepare implementation reports, documentation, and as-built records.
  • Support network swap, upgrade, and modernization projects.
